INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING

AVEC LE VENT SHIP EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD AND WE PROCESS AND SHIP YOUR ORDERS WITHIN 15 WORKING DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN E-MAIL CONFIRMING THE DELIVERY.

NON-EU CUSTOMER SHIPPING INFORMATION

OUR SHIPMENTS ARE DAP (DELIVERY AT PLACE) DELIVERY ON THE SPOT, WHICH MEANS THE RECIPIENT OF THE SHIPMENT MUST BE CHARGED FOR ANY DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES BEFORE OR AFTER RECEIVING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. IMPORT DUTIES ARE PERFORMED ONCE THE PACKAGE REACHES THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION. UNFORTUNATELY, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THESE CHARGES AND WE CANNOT SAY WHAT THE COST WOULD BE, AS CUSTOMS POLICIES VARY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. IT MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA TO CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE BEFORE ORDERING, TO NOT BE SURPRISED BY THE CHARGES YOU DON’T EXPECT. PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOMERS ASSUME FULL LIABILITY FOR ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES EVEN IF THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT A PACKAGE DUE TO HIGH DUTIES OR IMPORT TAXES. GOODS RETURN INFORMATION

LET’S HOPE EVERYTHING IS OK, BUT DON’T WORRY IF SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT. YOU HAVE 15 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS OR EXCHANGE IT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEMS. ONCE THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST IS OPENED, YOU HAVE 5 DAYS AFTER SENDING THE REQUEST TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST NEVER BE WORN, NOT WASHED, COMPLETE WITH ORIGINAL LABELS AND / OR PACKAGING. ITEMS RETURNED UNDER UNRESALABLE CONDITIONS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND AND WE WILL HAVE TO RETURN THEM AT YOUR EXPENSE.

RETURN DUTIES

WHEN YOU RETURN ITEMS OUTSIDE THE EU, THERE MAY BE IMPORT DUTIES. THEY ARE CHARGED ONCE THE PARCEL REACHES THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION AND CUSTOMERS MUST TAKE IT. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL DEDUCT ANY IMPORT DUTIES RELATING TO YOUR RETURN FROM YOUR REFUND.

CHANGE YOUR ITEM

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER TO FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

1. SEND AN EMAIL TO INFO@AVECLEVENT.IT TO RECEIVE THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AND THE REQUIRED INVOICES OR PROFORMA DOCUMENTS, INDICATING THE ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER. OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MAY ASK FOR THE REASON FOR THE CHANGE TO IMPROVE OUR SERVICE.
2. THE TEAM WILL CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ITEM REQUIRED FOR EXCHANGE.
3. THE TEAM WILL SEND YOU AN EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION FORM TO BE FILLED IN AND VERIFY IF THE PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE AND THE VALUE IS THE SAME AS WHAT YOU WAS INITIALLY PURCHASED OR IF AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE NECESSARY
4. IN THE EVENT OF AN EXCHANGE, IT IS NECESSARY TO RETURN THE PACKAGE TO:

5. ANY SHIPPING FEES OR DUTIES ARE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER.
6. WHEN THE ITEM IS DELIVERED TO AVEC LE VENT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL INFORM YOU.
7. THE TEAM WILL CHECK THE CONDITIONS OF THE PRODUCT AND IF THE RETURN MEETS ALL REQUIRED CRITERIA, THE NEW EXCHANGED PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOU.
8. ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES MAY APPLY IN CASE OF REFUND OF THE NEW EXCHANGED PART.
